• Bottom Lashes+€10.00

  Bottom lashes add just the right touch of dimension to your eyes, creating a more balanced, open and effortlessly polished look. Perfect for enhancing your lash set without making it feel too heavy.

• Bank holiday+€20.00

  A €20 bank holiday surcharge applies to all appointments booked on a bank holiday. This reflects the additional availability required to accommodate appointments outside of regular working days.

• Birthday Appointment+€0.00

  Make your birthday glam even more special with a little extra time and attention dedicated to your appointment. Perfect for celebrating, getting camera-ready and feeling your absolute best.

• Premium / Emergency Appointments+€20.00

  For last-minute or emergency bookings requested outside of regular business hours. This add-on covers the additional flexibility required to accommodate appointments outside of standard opening times.

• Removals+€10.00

  Recommended when you have another lash technician’s work on or need a fresh start before your appointment.

• Deposits

  A €20.70 non-refundable deposit is required to book. It comes off the total you pay on the day.

• Lateness

  Arrive on time. Over 10 minutes late is a €10 late fee. Over 15 minutes and the appointment may be cancelled, the deposit lost, and you'll need to rebook.

• Cancellations

  Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and a €15 fee is charged to the card on file. No-shows are charged the remaining balance of the booked set.

• Rescheduling

  Rescheduling within 24 hours carries a €10 fee. Deposits are valid for rescheduling within one month. Beyond that a new deposit is needed.

• December

  December is the busiest period of the year. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours are charged the remaining balance.

• Patch tests

  Book a patch test at least 3 to 5 days before your appointment. Without one we can't be held liable for an allergic reaction.

• Refills

  Refills are for 2 to 3 weeks after a full set. With less than 40% of your lashes left you'll be charged for a full set.

• On the day

  Come with no makeup and lashes clean of mascara and strip-lash glue. Oils stop the adhesive curing properly.

• Payment

  Please be prepared to pay the balance in exact cash on the day.

• Premium slots

  Before 9am, after 7pm, off-calendar and bank-holiday appointments carry a €20 supplement. The 24th, 26th and 31st of December carry €15.

• Coming alone

  Please attend on your own where you can. A plus-one will be asked to wait at reception.

• When can I book?

  Slots are released on the 20th of every month for the month ahead. Regular and existing clients get early access to pre-bookings.
• Where are you based?

  The Beauty Spot Clinic, Dublin 15 (D15 DH3K). Plan your journey ahead so you're not rushing — parking nearby fills up.
• Do I need a patch test?

  If you're new to individual lash extensions, or you have allergies or sensitive skin, yes. It's a few short extensions at the inner corner to check the glue suits you, booked 3 to 5 days ahead.
• Which set should I pick?

  Babe is the most natural, Angel sits between classic and hybrid, Wispy adds spikes for a fluffy finish, and Boss is the fullest. Every appointment includes a mini consultation on length, volume and arrangement.
• How often do I need a refill?

  Every 2 to 3 weeks, with the same technician. That keeps the set full and your natural lashes healthy.
• What if I miss the grace period?

  Book a Mini Fill. It's a quick touch-up with a deep lash cleanse, valid if you had your lashes done within the last 7 days.
• How should I come to my appointment?

  With clean lashes and no makeup. Mascara, strip-lash glue and facial oils all stop the adhesive curing properly.
• Can I bring someone with me?

  Please come alone where you can — the studio is a small space. A plus-one is welcome to wait at reception.
